ESG Operation and Implementation

The General Manager’s Office serves as the unit responsible for promoting sustainable development, tasked with establishing and maintaining a sustainability framework. It assists in the formulation (and revision) of sustainable development policies, related management guidelines, and the proposal and implementation of concrete plans.
To ensure sound corporate governance, economic performance, environmental sustainability, social welfare, and enhanced transparency of corporate information, a sustainable development governance organization has been established to set annual plan objectives, track implementation effectiveness, and report to the Board of Directors once a year.
On August 9, 2024, a report was submitted to the Board on the implementation status of the sustainable development efforts for 2023. The sustainable development governance organization provides an annual report to the Board of Directors on sustainability performance, reviewing it according to various indicators to draft future work plans.
The Board of Directors conducts an annual review of the reports from the sustainable development governance organization, examining and providing recommendations for adjusting major management guidelines, including policies, goals, and action plans.

Stakeholders

The President's Office invites stakeholders from every department to participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as part of a commitment to our shareholders and sustainable development. The establishment of open communication channels and a timely response ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the company. The issues and concerns discussed as part of this internal and external dialogue form the basis of our annual disclosures.

Supplier Management

1. ZIG SHENG chooses our suppliers based on product quality, price, lead time, and consistent order quantity to set effective purchasing strategies and maintain product quality. The company regularly evaluates our suppliers to ensure the products and services they provide are up to our quality control standards.
2. As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), all ZIG SHENG suppliers are required to sign our "Supplier Commitment" that requires each supplier to comply with relevant regulations regarding labor and human rights, integrity, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
3. In order to create a safe work environment and to protect the health and safety of our employees, all contractors working in a ZIG SHENG factory must sign our "Contractor Commitment" and observe contractor management practices.

Business Philosophy

ZIG SHENG is committed to a business strategy that emphasizes transparency and responsibility. The company enacted our "Integrity Management Policy" and the "Integrity Management Procedures and Code of Conduct" to clearly define the implementation of our Integrity Management Policy.

Green Products

Zig sheng actively promotes green operations, reducing carbon emissions during operations and eradicating the environment to achieve sustainable operations.
In addition to the continuous development of green products, it also proposed a net-zero transformation strategy, including: environmental protection, process improvement, energy conversion, economic cycle, etc.
